Sends control of the current channel to the
specified priority, optionally setting the
destination extension and
context.
Optionally, you can use the application to go to
the named priority specified by the named_priority
argument. Named priorities only work within the current
extension.
Always returns 0, even if the given
context, extension, or priority is invalid.
